Shipping Policy

We do shipping worldwide and also for international shipping to Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore.

Semenanjung Malaysia: RM7.50
Sabah & Sarawak: RM13.50
Singapore: RM35.00
Indonesia : RM150.00
Brunei : Rm150.00

If there have any taxes, duties and customs fees, all are responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. SS WARDROBE has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

Once your order has been processed, packed and ready to deliver, you will receive a postal tracking number for reference via e-mail or SMS. Please be sure to provide us with a current and reachable email address and mobile number.

Standard delivery is within 1-3 working days while international delivery will take 3-14 working days.

If your order placed before 11AM, it will be delivered on the same day.
*Orders placed after 11AM, will be processed the next working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can exchange any item to other size depends on availability. You may return any items to exchange within 3 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and garment tags still attached). Please repack your items in the original packaging and ensure it is secured.


Notes: Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer.
